65 Mustang

When I purchased this car, my Dad told me to "jack up the radiator cap and put a new car under it".   Well, I essentially did that over the course of 9 years.  It was a labor of love, blood, sweat, and tears.  A long journey for sure, but I can stand back and be proud of what I built.   She is not an A++, but for a first time DIY hack, she is pretty nice.   I learned how to weld, grind, and grind more...  I did all paint and body work myself.  The only thing I did not do 100% myself was the engine build.  The 289 long block build has been the only thing I have had major issues with.   Over time, I have corrected what the engine builder botched with new head gaskets and overhauled valvetrain.
