November Meetup, Christmas Toy Donation, Cruise and Breakfast

This is our 5th year of donating to the needy children in our community. Our plan this year is to move our Christmas Toy Donation up one (1) month earlier than in the past. The purpose is to get the toys to Cornerstone so they can get the toys early so they can better distribute. In the past, we were pushing the envelop on getting the toys delivered prior to Christmas. So, to make it easier for those that are passing out the toys, we have opted to move it up early.

As a side note, last year we delivered the toys directly to Cornerstone and just in time. The day we delivered is also the day the volunteers were going out to deliver the toys to those that were selected. We were not aware at the time but they were short on toys and our donation made it possible to put a lot of smiles on all of the childrens that were on their list. It was a very Merry Christmas to many smiling faces. 

 The cruise destination will be to Lea's in Leonard, TX.  The route is about 1 hour to get there. We will depart from Cornerstone on Saturday and make our way over to Lea's restaurant
