🚗💨 🏁 Garaged App V2 Is Here!!
We’re SO excited to officially roll out the Garaged App V2 — a major milestone for the platform and a huge step forward for the future of Garaged.
Over the past several months, we’ve rewritten the entire mobile app from the ground up. This wasn’t a surface-level refresh or a handful of tweaks — it was a full rebuild designed to give us a stronger foundation, better performance, and a more familiar, intuitive experience for the community.
Here’s what you’ll find in the new version:
📰 A Completely Revamped Main Feed
The main feed has been rebuilt from scratch to feel more visually familiar to the social apps you already use — cleaner layouts, clearer content, and better interaction.
You can like and comment on posts directly in the feed, making it easier to engage with the community and keep conversations going.
📅 Events, Simplified
We gave events a major cleanup. The events feed is easier to scan, event details are clearer, and important information is easier to find at a glance.
You can also create and manage events directly from within the app, making it simpler than ever to organize meetups, cruises, and shows.
👤 User Profiles & Following
User profiles and feeds have been overhauled to match the new social-first experience.
You can follow other members, build your own following, and view posts directly from a user's profile — all in a format that feels familiar and easy to navigate.
🚗 Vehicles & Garages
Your vehicles are front and center - as they should be!
View and manage your garage with:
- Vehicle details and your car's story
- Photo albums
- Performance stats
☀️🌑 Light and Dark Modes
It's about time we let you switch from light mode and dark mode! Tap on your profile image in the top right of the app and scroll down to the appearance section to toggle between light mode and dark mode for a viewing experience that fits your preference.
You can also explore other users’ garages directly from their profiles, making it easier to discover builds and connect with fellow enthusiasts.
🏁 Clubs (Our Biggest Focus)
Car clubs have always been the lifeblood of the automotive community, and they remain a core focus for Garaged.
In V2, we spent the majority of our development time improving club-related features:
- Easier club discovery
- Better tools for managing your club
- Improved in-app workflows for posting, organizing, and engaging your club members
Whether you’re joining a local club or starting one from scratch, the app is now much better equipped to support it.
🔮 What’s Next?
This new version gives us a much stronger base to build on, and we’re just getting started.
There are still several major features we’ll be bringing into the app in future updates, including:
- Forums
- Marketplace
- Business directory & profiles

Just like our cars, we know there are always improvements that can be made! We also realize that an undertaking of this magnitude likely will not go 100% without any bugs or tweaks.
