Car of the Month

This one is a 2018 Factory Five MK4 with a Ford 347 engine pushing 415 hp. For a car that only weighs about 2400 lbs, that’s a large HP to Lb ratio!! Mated 5 speed T5 transmission which allows for driving on the freeway very comfortably. One thing that stands out from others is the matte grey stripes (most Cobras have white stripes).

Car of the Month

My car is a 2019 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye Widebody in Plum Crazy Purple - now that’s a mouthful to say isn’t it! The name Redeye is said to mean the Hellcat got possessed by the Demon. The only way to distinguish it from a regular Hellcat is the red eye in the cat badge on the side of the car.

Car of the Month

Before getting into the Bio on Kenny’s car. I for one and am sure many of you will say the same thing after reading the Bio below. Man, I wish I would have kept my favorite car, a (fill in the blank). Yes, as I was reading the Bio said I wish I had the foresight to keep my favorite car! Oh well, guess that old saying still stands! Coulda, woulda, shoulda! However, Kenny did, and he tells a great story below.

July '21 Ride of the Month

Car of the Month

The 2019 C63s included several upgrades over the previous model: LED dynamic headlights, 9 speed dual clutch transmission, electronic traction control directly from the Mercedes Project One race car, electronic Limit Slip Differential, and giant 6 piston 15.4″ composite disc brakes. The engine is a hand built twin turbocharged (called a “Hot V” configuration as the turbos sit on top of the engine in the V) intercooled DOHC 32 valve V8, aluminum block and heads, with direct injection. It came with a little over 500 H.P. and I had the engine Renntech tuned to just over 600 H.P.

Car of the Month

This car has factory air conditioning, factory 8-Track tape player, factory disc brakes, automatic transmission, and of course the Roadrunner Beep Beep horn. I will drive it every weekend (weather permitting) in the Spring and Summer. I love taking it to car shows and cruises.

Car of the Month

The 2021 C-8 Corvette Convertible is my first Corvette.  It’s a Rapid Blue 2LT convertible with performance exhaust and red calipers.  I like convertibles and have been happy with my Fiat 124 Spyder for over 45 years.  A few years ago I wanted a more powerful car so I bought a Porsche 911 Carrera which I have taken to Eagles Canyon with my friend Jeff as my instructor.  The C8 takes the place of both of those cars, it’s a convertible and a powerful sports car (but I still have the Fiat and Porsche – can’t seem to make myself sell them).
